Lean Team Success

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest impact.  Here at Stealth Products, we do our very best to ship out orders as quickly as possible.  When a large portion of your product line is custom, that makes it more difficult.  We have a group of volunteer employees who regularly look at our processes to make sure that we are working as efficiently as possible.  These Lean Team members recently found what seemed like a small issue, but realized how quickly it compounded and added up to a huge amount of lost time.  They worked quickly to find a simple, but creative solution.  In the end, our employees in this department are happier, can work faster and we can complete orders faster than we ever thought possible!  Thank you so much to our Lean Team for helping find ways to make our jobs easier, while helping us all be as productive as possible.
